Indo-China Conclave: IIM
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Shillong, hosted a first-of-its-kind industry-academia conclave called “Understanding the Context” in India-China Business.
The conclave was held in association with Institute of Chinese Studies, New Delhi, to develop an understanding about the various aspects of doing business with Chinese organisations in India, as well as in China. The conclave aims at providing a platform to industry specialists, academicians and students. Several distinguished industry and academia personalities spoke on topics like ‘how to bridge the political and cultural gap between India and China’ and labour migration and challenges to Chinese development’.
